I’m curious on everyone’s thoughts on Damian Lillard vrs. DeJounte Murray.
Who would you rather have? Why?
If you could trade Dinwiddie for John Collins straight up, would you?
Personally I would if they could also trade for a PG. I think the JC slander has gone too far, he’s a solid rotation player.
I’d be curious about taking a shot on Collins. His contract might make him not worth the risk, but if he could start hitting 3s again at an average rate, I think he’d fit really well with this group. If he can’t get his 3 ball shot back, his fit would be abysmal. Really huge risk taking him on, so we’d have to get a lot back.
Get Dame. Get Clint Capela. Take back the EAST. Let’s do this‼️

Maybe something like Murray and Hunter for Dinwiddie or Harris and three firsts could work. We’d have to use an exception to ensure the hawks take less salary back.

No, do not get involved with the Hawks. They won’t give us picks because they are out of them for taking on Collins.
DJ wants a huge contract next year. We have to know we can move Simmons by then which is unlikely.

DJM and Collins for the tpe/Royce/DFS/cam/2picks
If the nets can pair Collins and Capela with this squad it’s a no brainer imo
Remember we have trade exceptions to use. We have a lot of options with teams looking to get under the tax and we have tradeable expiring contracts with trade exceptions.
