Had to do something. Cs have been a train wreck of identity and coaching confusion since Kyrie. Smart had drive but in big moments – when that should be Tatum – Smart chucking up 3s was always a NoNoNoNoNo moment
Celtics will regret this move. Smart had his best assist output this past season while being the defender he is. I can see some infighting with the Celtics. KP will look at JB and think he (kp) should be the 2nd scoring option but he will have to play 3rd fiddle after JT and JB, and I think he wont like that

Derrick White played better than smart in the playoffs. Porziņģis is coming off his best year and is only 27 years old. Smart is going into his 10th year. He’s not going to get better. Perfect time to trade him.
I think this was a great deal for the Celts and I think there is more to come. My biggest worry is how is Mazzula going to screw this up.
I always vote for an obscure player for a lesser followed team for All-star. KP was my guy this year. He was awesome.
I love Marcus but it was time for a change. We needed more scoring from our front court and just banking on KP's health. He could be our third guy getting 25/10 a night.

from what we’ve witnessed, This Team needed a heart transplant; sporting TWO all nba players yet our here losing against a team with 4 G-leaguers playing zone. Love this show. Antione Walker was definitely before his time. He said when he went to Miami they asked him why is he not shooting as much. He said Pat Riley told him after you touch it pass it to D Wade then Shaq before you shoot. He said I don’t understand. Riley bought him off the bench to start the season.
