    He is 24 years old. So much up side, and he not even close to his prime. I think in two years we will see him in his full potential

    had an off year and it happens. pretty sure he can improve and hope they can sign him to an extension.

    I don't think he took a step back on defense, I think he was demotivated to try as hard. The year before he tried really hard to even be considered for the all-defense team and didn't make it, so I'm assuming he was in the mindset of why should he try if he won't be considered regardless. But Darko already said he likes to challenge his players to try, and Desmond Bane said something to the same effect that is what Darko did with him. So with Jama back, I think he's going to really take a step forward. As for his aloofness, he sticks to the script because he tries to stay professional in front of the cameras. But when you see videos where he's allows himself to let loose and be himself, the dude is like one of happiest ppl around which is why I think he gets along with Scottie so well.

    Gary Trent jr needed to be signed since we need shooters. He is only 24 yrs old and has only been in the league for 4 seasons. He has so much growth ahead of him.

    Because of his age I can see the Raptors wanting to give another extension if the money aint outrageous, another 2 or 3 years I could see it. If it continues to work out great if it doesn't players can always be traded.

    I think Trent realizes that on another team he may not touch the ball as much so itā€™s better to stay. Toronto isnā€™t a bad team we just need consistency from our guys and I think this new coach is gonna get that out of them and NOT OVERWORK his starters.

    Nah gtj wasnt jacking up shots…he barely touched the ball on the offense…siakam and fvv were hogging the ball and were the shot chukers last year…gtj was the best shot maker for the raps and most clutch…i also think fvv is leaving thats why he wants stay and NN is already gone

    Gary has a lot of upside. Love to see a guy jacking up shots. Defense? maybe took a step back last season. Give him a summer at the Rico runs, some time with Darko working on the rest of his game. He has the new deal, maybe a nice extension. Now he can relax he's good. Now he can build himself to the star he can be. Not everybody drinks the Kool aid some guys prefer to play the hired gun roll. " I come in every day give 130%, I do whatever needs doing, fix what's broken and move on.
