Just want to add that Miller’s PPG would have been even higher had G-League had free throw rules like in NBA – they actually give you only 1 free throw attempt if you get fouled.
I’m very intrigued by Miller – I’d definitely take him over Poku and Dieng (who have a similar build) as a prospect, and these guys were 17th and 11th picks. However, I totally get why he dropped to the 2nd round, with new CBA even non-playoff teams in late 1st round decided they would rather get role players on 4-year cheap contracts and went for experienced college guys with relatively low ceiling who can contribute right away, like Murray, Sheppard, or Sasser – but Miller’s ceiling is way higher than almost everyone selected between 16 and 32 (perhaps excluding Whitmore and Whitehead).

As a Canadian, I can’t help but cheer for him. Looking forward to seeing this young man develop and perform!
