Have you checked out Schmitz breakdown of Scoots game from last year? He believes Scoot can be special on D and his big hands gives him a lot of potential as a passer. I'd say that perfectly complements Dame.

I agree that they should of traded pick 23 but I disagree with the notion of they didn’t try trade 3. Every 3rd pick trade would of ended in the blazers getting fleeced and giving up too much for a “star” player. The players that were in theory available became unavailable towards the draft night. However I believe they made the right choice drafting and keeping scoot. Time will tell
