We finally beat the John Collins allegations!
Now if we can just beat the DeAndre Ayton and Lakers allegations…
Im guessing FO has been out on him for a while, no reason we couldnt have got him for that price
I wouldn’t have minded taking the risk with Collins honestly. The jazz gave up literally nothing and the kid played pretty well in the playoffs. Would’ve filled our hole at PF

Rudy Gay is still in the league?
Makes the reports that the Hawks were seeking a high-asking price for him at the deadline even funnier.
His medical reports on his finger must say “will never shoot a basketball the same again” because just a year ago he was a 16 and 8 guy on 36% from three and 61% TS%. If he can’t shoot he’s gotta play center and he doesn’t have the defensive capability or the size to do that. Cool he gets to go back to Utah though, he’s from there.
I hope this somewhat sets the trade market back to normal post Gobert trade. Buying players with non NTC contracts has been crazy over the last year. For a team that needs to make some moves like us this is a good sign
