Thank god. We can stop talking about Collins now. Dude is not a good basketball player. Trading Tobi for a worse guy on a terrible deal would have made me question my fandom.
To be expected. Nobody really wants to pay this guy 25M/year, pretty crazy how much his value has gone down the past couple years now that people have realized he’s not a winning player.

At least it means they aren’t in on Kuzma, so still hope we could work a S&T with Washington. But also means one less team to pitch Tobias to.
This sort of what return is what y’all should expect if you want Philly to move off of Tobias ASAP.

Everyone who wanted to trade Tobias for John Collins doesn’t realize that Collins suuuuuuucks… and his contract is bad.
At least ATL got a pick out of it, thought for sure they’d be giving up the picks to get out of a bad contract

It really seems that the new CBA rules are scaring these GMs and owners to the point that they are salary dumping.
This is why the Tobias contract IS valuable. Tobias is a solid NBA player who will help your team win while being a huge expiry. There’s no way we should dump him for scrubs.
