    This is one of the worst moves I’ve ever seen. This is nothing against Rudy Gay. He’s been a good player for years, but he doesn’t help the hawks. This was a salary dump and nothing else. The Landry Fields era needs to be over. They’ve held out and held out on trading collins (who has been extremely professional) until he had no value. They should have never traded Huerter. Not happy about this at all.

    It's a money move but a bad move he's going to be a good fit for them I just hope we can get a good player I don't believe you gotta break the bank to get a player but we'll see what they do

    I don’t like Laundry Field’s response. Sounds like lip service, we’ll see on Friday and throughout free agency. There are many pieces out there that could help us grow or at least don’t take any steps back

    Smart move. If your trying to match up with Boston Collins had to go. If DeAndre and Saddiq can advance with more shots, this move will be great

    The Way I see it is the Braves have gotten Better The Falcons gotten better and now the Hawks are making moves I'm very excited to see what happens Die Hard Let's go

    Say what you will about the Falcons but they at least had a plan and have expressed the plan (not the details) to the fans. What exactly is the plans with the Hawks, seems like there is not one at all? Nothing of what they are doing makes any sense.

    Landry Fields had to do this. Yes, it's dumping salary, but when talking about DJ, Okongwu, & Bey, they are coming up for possible extensions. Plus, if and BIG IF, We get another player(s) to run/ compliment Trae and DJ, this won't look as bad. It's really up to ownership, period. We'll see what else happens in free agency, then us Hawks fans can grade the trade in it's entirety. Always Go Hawks! 💯
