Walker is a man! Can’t figure out the trade unless Wizards had intel that someone was wanting to move up to 7 and take their man.
What a stupid draft system. The kid waits his whole life for this moment, gets picked by a team, gets up there in their hat, fans think this is our guy, only to be traded before he gets off the stage. Then the next guy gets up there for a team he's already been traded from. Kinda ruins any excitement that could've existed.
Atleast we got the guy we were predicted to get and not at #7 ! How well historically does #8 do? Why did the Wizards make this trade? Did they really think the Pacers were going to take Coulibaly at 7 ? Doesn’t make any sense to me.

Walker is going to be a fan favorite. His hustle and highlight reel dunks are going to add excitement to the franchise. I love him and Ben paired together.

Jarace Walker is an amazing pick. Jarace played for Sampson, which is not easy. Jarace should not be able to do the things he can do at his size/weight. He's the best 8th pick I've seen in a long time. Haliburton is going to love this guy (new fav. target down in)

Why tf did we just pass on 6’6 PG Nick smith who was ranked top 20 by most pundits and instead get a 6’6 SF from Belmont that 0 people had going in the first round? What in the for real f is going on?!! Not 6’10 SF , high upside Leonard Miller even. 😭

Espn has us picking at like 55 . Did we trade down again? Though they didn’t update the 29 and 32 picks to Denver so idk.

Amazing keep getting those second round picks so we can stay a loser. I believe Kent you said K.P. dreamed of having this kind of draft. I think he woke up after a nightmare. Another year of losing. But we always have next year with all those second round picks.
