He’s gonna be a solid defensive contributor for cheap man.

I have a lot of faith in Udoka to hold players accountable. We need vets for the locker room to teach these young men and while Brooks has a bad reputation, I trust that it gets handled well if it happens here.

Really don’t understand getting him when we’re already stacked at the 3. I’d much rather give those minutes to Tari and let Martin/Whitmore/Tate battle it out of off the bench at the 3 and 4 spot until Martin or Tate, if not both are traded

Don’t let the memes and slander fool you he’s a great defender and can get you a 3 might be able to get him at a discount also

You gotta understand just like investing, you win by buying low and selling high

Don’t drink the koolaid. Think without emotion

Great defender up for grabs for the cheap

    Ez pick up

Good move for y’all honestly if the money is like 12-15m

Great defender and despite all the stupid things he’s said, his teammates have all had high praise for him and will bring a toughness that we are desperately lacking

For a team that has a public reputation for bad/no culture, the optics of having Dillon Brooks are terrible.

What this team needs is leaders. Guys who aren’t afraid to run through a brick wall or a cameraman, no ragrets. Guys who aren’t afraid to poke the bear, and then go into hibernation when asked to back up their actions. Guys who just won’t quit jacking up shots that even Steph would blush taking, and sneer at anyone who questions their decision making. Guys you can follow down a dark alley and know they have your back as they take your wallet.

If this is who Ime wants, and he’s okay with the task of ironing out the wrinkles of his game (and ego), then hey go for it. One of the best perimeter defenders in the league, and his offensive inefficiency is due to his awful shot selection. If he’s limited on offense to being a stationary shooter, he’s actually pretty good.
