Did the Charlotte Hornets get another steal? James Nnaji was looked at as a first round pick by many and the Hornets were able to trade 34 and 39 to the Celtics to get 31 and that is where they took Nnaji. Nnaji will not play right away but he has extremely high upside and is more far along now than Kai Jones is. It will be interesting to see what the Hornets do with Nnaji in the future.

Although I wanted Scoot, I think Mitch KILLED it in this draft! We got 4 premium players here. Now Nnaji does have to be bought out of his contract which is supposed to be "cheap" so the Hornets could leave him over there for another year or buy him out for the current year. He's a supreme shot blocker, lob threat & offensive rebounder; offers absolutely nothing offensively besides lobs though.

I love this pick , Honestly lanky stretch bigs aren't gonna cut it against Denver and Spurs. You need centers who can 1on 1 on D against joker and wemby make em work so hard they'd tire out .

Dont understand why we drafted Bouknight AGAIN??? Nick Smith has that same tunnel vision. But he's 19 vs the 22 that Bouknight was on draft day. Also, he already has a good jumpshot, which is something many NBA vets dont even have.
Nnaji adds Center depth. But he cant shoot for lick. And I don't know if he'll ever be able to shoot. But hes very young so theres hope.

Another Biyombo shot blocking, rebounding, dunking big g hat can't hit a free throw. Will most likely stay in Europe this year.
