Kudos to this young man!
Went right into the job with an idea of what he wanted to do and made the moves!
It's not an easy to decision to go to a rebuild project, especially when you already had uber talented proven nba players in Beal and Portzingis.
There is going to be a lot of losing but the team was already losing, even with those talented players.
Now at least the organization has some flexibility moving forward.
I really like the potential of a Jones/Poole backcourt!
