I think for free agents we can attack a Malik Beasley to add defense and shooting with the 5 mil mid level exception. And a trade target that I think that would be a great addition would be Lu Dort. I think we could trade Pritchard and a first for him. Dort provides amazing defense and decent offense.

most likely to happen here is a 1 for 1 swap of pp and jalen johnson. jaden mcdaniels is my ideal here since the wolves will be strapped to pay him and max out Ant-man while having just extended naz reid and having 2 big contracts in KAT + rudy.

most likely to happen here would be wade or aldama. an aldama swap for pp though would most likely need a 3rd team as memphis doesnt need a pg anymore. my ideal here would be carter jr. but he's going to cost brogdon and a 3rd team would have to be involved since orlando has a glut at pg. buying low on isaac would be an alternative if orlando doesnt want to let carter jr. go.
as for FA signings, while watanabe is a good shooter his defense is mediocre. 24th percentile is terrible. if we're looking for a cheap 3ND wing, damion lee is a better candidate. 70th percentile defensive ranking with the same over 40% 3pt shooting prowess.
torrey craig's defense dipped last season, ranking in the 41st percentile. again i'd take damion lee.
I personally think for the guard position Caruso would be a crazy good fit. He brings huge defense and also playmaking. He would be a perfect addition after losing smart. Man I'm hyped for next season

Personally I would want Kyrie at the pg position Ik almost impossible from player liking and just cap space but I miss when Kyrie was on Boston he played great even though he may not show up every game we’d have white at pg and in the playoffs he’d show up

Porziņģis coming into his prime at 27. Learning how to use his big body. Got double teamed most of the year last year and still put up massive numbers. Have not been this excited since we got Garnet. DeMonte Morris is who I hope they would try to get.
I had Yuta in Mind as well but I'm also thinking of some other guys whom are discipline in their role as a player!!
Most teams would trade a very good player for two first round picks. John Collins, and smart are similar talent wise. We get two first round picks and Porziņģis for smart and Atlanta gets Rudy gay for collins lol.

why the wolves do it:
they get a needed backup pg. they also get out from having to shell out alot of money for mcdaniels which would come after that extension naz reid got and would come at the same time anthony edwards would command a max extension. they will be hard-pressed to pay the guy. they toss that problem to boston and net themselves a pick.

why the raptors do it:
their previous asking price for OG was 3 1st rounders. this deal gets them 2 and someone to replace FVV to run the show while they figure out if they want to reload or rebuild. brogdon is easily worth 2 1st rounders as well if the raptors just want to flip him for more picks.

jalen johnson (expiring)
atl gets:
pp (expiring)
why the hawks do it:
they get the pg they inquired about while lessening their glut at the wings.
