A player does NOT help their situation by demanding a trade. When this happens it makes trading that player very tough to do and get equal compensation. It is best to privately ask management for a trade and let them secretly search for the best trade that will get them equal compensation.
Stick it out. I appreciate he trying to build a championship w/ his drafted team. If he leaves to build a super team and he doesn't get a champ. He will tarnish his legacy
Because that's his home and he likes it there.
