When he transferred to LSU his 3pt% and FT% went way up.
The results of his 3pt shot can look funky but his mechanics are solid and consistent. No confidence issues. Seems to be high IQ with oncourt awareness and spacing.
The best part about him though is his off-ball game. Great at setting screen options and rolling into a post-up iso when the floor is spaced 5-out. And he is also great at finding backdoor cuts. He would be a great fit for receiving dimes from Giddey as well as another great fit in the front court with Chet on a pick n pop post up/3pt game.
I honestly think this guy makes the team just because of how good the fit is.
