Over 60% with floaters on 200+ attempts, for a big… In a league where the best athletic freaks from all over the world seek to dominate, some guy with a 5-inch vertical instead is dominating all of them with a team first mentality, consistent smart plays and skilled shot-making. Jokic is crazy.
But yeah Malaki is very impressive as a rookie. His game translated extremely well from college. He knows how to get to his spots, and once he’s there has the skill to finish with consistency. If he can improve his 3pt shooting, I can see him becoming a 6moty candidate in the future. And if he can become a better defender, though that is a much bigger if, he can become a very solid starter in this league.
