One of the more insightful interviews with our GM. π

It bothered me a little how much he seems to think Miller’s success and talent at the next level will hinge on him adding weight. Never a guarantee.

This was a good interview. Maybe he was delirious in his previous interviews lol

At the end of the podcast Mitch mentioned that Cody Martin is fully healthy and practicing. That was nice to hear.

This interview was rlly great, actually raised my opinion on Mitch, gonna point out some things I thought were interesting
He mentions Miller being able to guard 2s, he does goes on to talk about switch shortly after but it could mean he wants to experiment with Miller in the backcourt.
He gives a definitive answer on the health of Lamelo, Cody and everybody else: They’re all healthy, mentioned Cody and Melo are working out.
He talked about why this season going badly might be a good thing in the end because it helped a youth movement take place
Most important thing, he said he didn’t want to ONLY make the playoffs, but wanted to “make the conference finals and then go from there” (sounds like he was too scared to say championship lol). He says Denver did it so why can’t Charlotte. I love that he isn’t just going “We’re a small market team we suck let’s hope we can make the second round one day”.

G League now having three two-way contracts is something I just learned and Mitch is definitely cooking with
