  1. The turning point was LeBron hitting that miraculous fadeaway in the 2015 ECSF, that was the last time we saw prime D Rose healthy alongside Butler, Noah and Deng, after that series they completely fell apart and never recovered

  2. If they had 2 brain cells in the front office, they'd ship out the big 3 and let Patrick Williams get shots and develop.

  3. Agree so much that Zach needs to be the #1 option to see what he is. They have to stop giving the ball to DeMar in late game situations. He really shouldn't even be on that team.

  4. The downfall started when they drafted P Will over Halliburton. Imagine him running this team and the Lonzo $ spent on a 4? Not saying it’s a championship team, but the direction pivots strongly with a Hali/Zach/Vooch/Demar 4. I think if anything, it would have made for a different outcome good or bad.

  5. The Wizards seemed to be in cap hell before the off-season, but it seems like the Bulls took the crown 🤣

  6. Best Ringer Bulls segment in a minute, thank you 🙌🏼🙌🏼 please Portland do that trade, Simons isn’t meant to be a bench player he’s too good

  7. Being a fan of these mfs are just pure hell man. No accountability, owner just don't give a fuck about anything other than making money for his shareholders, management just not doing a damn thing. This team is just ridiculously bad to be a fan of

  8. as a bulls fan, i think i can speak for other bulls fans who watched the jim boylen and fred hoiberg years and saw the players that were on those rosters for those 4 years like paul zipser, cristano felicio, denzel valentine, etc. be rotation players hoping for a chance to draft zion, trae or lamelo and ending up not even getting a top 3 pick in either draft…i’m ok with the middle for little while fuck it

  9. This is golden State Warriors future will look like in 10-15 years after steph curry retires. GSW will be as irrelevant as the Bulls were when MJ retired.

  10. Bulls are not trying to win. They are just trying to keep the seats filled. Until Bulls fans stop going to the games, management is not going to do anything. As long as Jerry Reinsdorf is the owner, Bulls will continue to suck. Remember they broke up Jordans team, what makes you think they trying to win.

  11. We to good to rebuild right now and we not good enough to win a championship smh. If I'm the Bulls I'm selling right now I'll be trying to get ahead of players choosing to leave. DeMar wants to go to a contender and alot of teams could use his service go and get some young talent and some draft

  12. the vucevic trade is funny because when we traded for him he 2 all stars in 3 years, having a career season averaging 25/12/4 and shooting over 40% from 3. i felt good about the trade at the time (like a lot of bulls fans did), you figure the picks don’t matter because you hope you’re a top 3 seed adding someone with those numbers, but it just didn’t work out anywhere near the level we all hoped, but if you’re a gm you gotta be willing to make those moves and live with the results.

  13. Is there a reason why the latest Bill Simmons podcasts aren't up to date on Luminary? @ringer @billsimmons

  14. Bill this is your best guest. Get him on more often please. He knows his stuff. It's a pleasure to watch you both work together.

  15. I started following basketball around the time Lavigne got his 200m contract, I remember excitedly turning on to the Bulls to see what this guy was all about.

I was like wait where is this guy???

  16. GS pls move CP to the Bulls for Caruso, P Williams, and Drummond. Helps both teams particularly since the Bulls have re-upped with Vucevic. Bulls need a competent PG to manage those wing gunners.

  17. I look at the bulls, and I see so many great players. Why aren’t they a top 3 regular season team? We’ve seen all these listed players have great months or seasons . Demar’s game is so smooth and masterful, he’s like a 6’6” older Jalen Brunson. Zach really is amazing ball player and Vuc helps on a lot of levels of the score and can score at a very high level percentage: and all there pieces like Caruso and White and so on.

    Bulls need a leader:

  18. That team w Levine DeRozan Ball Vooch and that white dude from the lakers was nice but fell apart.

  19. Rebuilding is easy to say..look at charlotte, Orlando still rebuilding since 2016…Bulls have 3 stars most teams dont have any. Lonzo ball really set the franchise back..ppl always want to trade away stars. You cant win without one

  20. Could've traded all these mfs beginning of season and had a shot at Wemby or Scoot now your stuck as a 7-8 th seed or a slightly outside the lottery team…. pat Williams and coby white could actually be good players but your holding them back with this type ish

  21. The most disheartening thing about being a Bulls fan is seeing the players linked to coming to the Bulls. They're always the worst players you would never want or need on your team. I wouldn't be surprised to hear a report from Woj about how scuttlebutt is that Chicago looks like a possible landing location for DIllon Brooks or Mo Bamba, or "There's been rumors of Chicago talking to New York about acquiring Julius Randle." Or when we draft someone and it's like, "Hey, alright!" followed shortly by that player being traded for a second round pick from next year.

Chicago is not a small market, our owner isn't great but he's not James Dolan, and it's not a shit place to play basketball, so all of our inability to get quality players completely falls on our front office. Before it was their absolutely ineptitude and burning of bridges, and now it's an unproven new group that everyone's going to have a wait and see attitude about. So we got Vucevic, DeRozan, Dragic and Pat Bev on the downhill end of their careers, we get Lavine after a major injury, we get Drummond because our other center was Tony Bradley. We're always scraping the bottom of the barrel. I still don't know how the hell we got Caruso, that's the best thing that's happened since Thibs was here.

  22. Lavine is a good scorer paid like a 1st option on a contender, doesn't play defense or make his teammates better. Its so fucking sad because Lonzo was like the perfect point guard for this team and was everything Lavine isn't. Its such a shit mixture of bad luck and a Front Office that acts like they are running a small market team

  23. Have been. Just a cursed team. Jay Williams. Derrick Rose. Lonzo Ball. They're always either high lottery pick bad or one or two pieces they're not getting… away from greatness

  24. Nothing wrong with being a competitive good but not great, not every team needs to be the favorites but the Bulls can't even make the playoffs hence why they need to blow it up.
