The Celtics needed to do this it was a guard heavy team and the heats exposed by bullying them inside. But porzingis is not the answer he’s another perimeter player that don’t play defense.
I’m not even a Celtics fan but this trade genuinely made me sad. At this point it doesn’t feel like the Celtics are the Celtics without Smart. Definitely won’t be the same seeing them on the court without him. I mean when it comes down to it they traded him for a better player but it just feels wrong bro.
I think the celtics are pushing hard for tatum to own this team with Brown potentially getting moved i think they want him to become that vocal leader that can lead them to a ring
Just another reminder of how the nba is a buisness. You could be loyal all you want but you can be traded/cut any time without the franchise suffereing anything. But if you leave yourself you could get backlashed by the fans.
