Yes we still need a better point guard and Center. We got the cap space to sign some vets hopefully on those 2 positions no Harden though or Aden from Suns.
unbelievable that rockets got amen and cam in their first round picks. They wanting them both, they end up to pick Amen and from nowhere they were fortunate to pick Cam at 20th?! Wow not evan a rockets dan and i am really excited for them
As long as Jalen Green/KPJ is no longer the face of the franchise, they'll be a playoff contender. They have a baby Jokic in Sengun, and a bunch of underrated players like JaeSean Tate, Josh Christopher, Jabari Smith Jr and the two new rookies. If Jalen Green keeps chucking up shots and KPJ keeps turning the ball over I might lose my shit. They have a real coach now so they have no excuses to at least make the playoffs. They have too much talent that's getting covered up by Green and KPJ treating every game like aau or streetball.
If you go through all the games of last year you will realize that most of the games have been lost in the last quarter..so there is a base to be successful but the coaching was not effective for the 4th quarter..with ime and some vets this will change and I am sure we will have 35+ wins next year..but people need to be patient not expect a crazy change after all the adaptions..time will show how great this team was already last year
i normally dont say this but with the drafts, free agency coming up, and coach udoka at the wheel, and given the fact that the Rockets were in a lot of games in the 4th quarter, I firmly believe well be great in one year. Just like mark Jackson came to the warriors with steph curry drafted in 09 and klay drafted in 11 mark came in 12 and they drafted Dray and Barnes. Then in free agency they got iggy and bogut and livingston. They went from 20 wins in Marks first year to 45 the following year. it was crazy how he took the talent got in good with his players and gave curry the rock moving away from monte ellis. If you think about it Rockets story is similar. Drafting Jalen and ALp is loke curry and klay, then Bari and Tari are like draymond and barnes, now we get Cam and Amen as well. Plus were about to do a solid bogut and iggy and livingston in free agency. We have the makings of a dynasty if everyone lives up to their hype. im excited.

He forgot to mention Houston might not have its ‘24 1st round pick
The rockets got these great players +they have a new great coach
I stop watching after I didn't see KMJ
Houston needs at least 2 years to get competitive and they need vets to develop their team properly.
As they say, “Let sleeping dogs lie!” … Leave James Harden where he’s at …
still think OKC have the best young team because they have that guy which houston don"t have yet.

rockets look scary. Amen on PG, Green on SG, Whitmore on SF, Smith Jr. on PF, and Sengun on C. They just need veteran players and they good.

They always look scary on paper, lols. Houston still has at least 3-4 years of development before we take them seriously.
