The Atlanta Hawks are now two years removed from the Eastern Conference Finals and with two years of first round exits, the Hawks are stuck trying to remove themselves from the middle of the Eastern Conference. Trae Young and the Hawks enter this offseason with recently acquired Dejounte Murray being an expiring contract and young role players such as Onyeka Okongwu and Saddiq Bey eligible for extensions. John Collins will likely remain in trade rumours and with the continued possibility that Clint Capela could be traded for Okongwu to start, and this offseason for the Hawks will be filled with rumors and big decisions.

Trae Young said we next. We got a new coach. Now, new players. Over a period of time.
This team is going to be better. 5th or 6th seed. To an ECF final, this year. Murray will be replaced by Kobe. Trae will play throughout Quinn contact. Arron and another player to be released to make room for the draft picks. The is going to surprise everyone. Run it back with the picks. Comradery and chemistry win championship. 🏆 I am ATL Kool Aid Drinker.
We just needed the bad media to leave Trae alone.
Trae is not a coach killer. Pierce and Nate were walking dead coaches first time coaching and one that hardly won a playoff game until he played with Trae and Travis picks.
Nate ran off Cam, Cooper, Tony Snell, Brandon Knight, benched Lou Williams to play Delon Wright. This destroyed the comradery of the locker room and Trae. He did not like Delon Wright and TLC. Nate forced these guys on team.
I am going to say this Trae is a shoot first point guard. An on ball guard. Just put some shooters around him and see what happens. Nate refused to play Deing when Clint and Collins got hurt. Play them hurt. This is a bad coach.
I would trade JC. Capela would soon follow.
