Warriors don’t need anyone crazy. Just a 7foot lob threat who can pose as a rim protector. Bring back Javale Mcgee.

Warriors need a big body in the paint to deter teams from attacking all day. That was their weak spot. Looney does not provide any real paint defense for true slashers. McGee fills that void and offers CP3 a lob threat off the bench with him. The fit makes too much sense.

for our offense, saric or bellineli space for us with draymond

lob threat is a very regular season concept. saric and belli are postseason chess moves to make the opposing center have to defend

I can see him getting bought out. Perfect backup center to play 10-12 mpg.

Question, is Javanese still decent? Don’t watch a lot of tapes of him so not sure if he still is good

  5. BobRoss4Life

He’s making the TPMLE next year and has a player option after that. Crazy contract from the Mavs, Warriors ain’t touching that

  6. awesomeness6000

played with CP3 for a bit and knows the Warriors. Shiiiitt thatd be good back up for Looney and good pairing with TJD.

Would love to bring Javale back but I don’t think it’s a possibility money wise. Dubs absolutely need a big and a big that can shoot preferably.

    Don’t know about this one.
He was virtually unplayable with the Mavs.

But for the vibes and 3rd Center. Yes please sign him once he gets bought out.

JaVale is not a good defensive center. He gets out of position constantly when he hunts for blocks and won’t be the type of center to slow down Jokic, which is the main goal of any playoff team in the west. He had a couple bright years on the warriors but any center that played with that team would have looked good.

Lol not on his current contract.

They still need a feel for the game. Don’t undersell that aspect of Javale.

JK can 100% be that lob threat but his feel isn’t there. He’s ball watches, camps in the corner, and forgets to cut until it’s too late and the window is gone.

Without the feel, it’s just another JK. JK is young so the Hope is he’ll learn.

I think, if we could we would. But we got room for a budget version of him.

I wouldn’t mind bringing him back if he’s bought out or waived by Dallas. TJD will get his chance as a rookie but should he not work out they should still sign a vet big man/center like JM to cover all bases for lob threats. And the mentorship who also knows Steph and CP well.

GP2 is up to 6’10” so far this off-season, could easily be right at 7′ by October

  16. sugarwax1

He’s not available. If he was, he’s ride or die for this team and would be a perfect compliment.

  17. tplgigo

I’ve seen him “bif” so many dunks from right underneath the basket more times than I care to remember.

  18. Only chance we get Javale is if he’s waived

  19. vladimirpwnn

Lol Mo Bamba is currently available.
