this part of the major problem with money in sports and the enitlement.. but in general a problem with society… that just cause you talented not mean you are a good teammate or even a good guy to have around you.. then you gotta deal with the players you are given, and try make them function as a unit… it just doesnt work sometimes… ! i played sports when younger, and had alot of teammates thats i hated so the chemistry was never there, at the park when playing pickup.. there were guys who were really good that i would never choose for my team, but sometimes you was on their team anyway.. but i had more fun and usually won more with team of guys who werent jerks… i wouldmnt want kyrie ,harden, or westbrook,
I understand darvin harm wants certian grit guys, but lets be real they also need players who can put the ball in the basket consistently.

Irving was absolutely the reason Dallas didn't make the playoffs.
They were fourth when they traded for him and went straight downhill to tenth – with the only difference being Irving was now there.

The way the nba and salary cap is set up now, teams are better off having a team composed of lots of mid-upper tier players, then one superstar, who eats up all your salary cap, and a bunch of subpar players
Players who refuse to play or act up, should be kicked out of the NBA. They need discipline. Their work is not cheap.

The players considered liabilities carry big salaries and are under contract. Kyrie is a free agent with a market of one. Can't think of a worse pairing than with Luka, and you have proof of that. The team record with them together was worse than GS's road record.
Imagine thinking future free agents wouldn't want to come play for Luka, a transcendent player, and an owner who's place has all the amenities. Gotta give it a minute.
