The yellow looks way better. Too much gold looks like shit, just ask the 2006 Wizards. Those jerseys looked like a light beer can.

Setting aside what happened on the court with them, these were just the most boring jerseys in our history to me (from a design standpoint). The tipping was nice, but none of it really felt identifiable as us or connected to our history.
I’m also in the camp that other than specific throwbacks, we should not be wearing mustard yellow. Wine and gold looks great together in the right template – I think the brighter yellow made sense in this design but not as the color standard we should use. Going back to the LeBron 1.0 wine and gold was a huge upgrade

Honestly if I had my choice they would take these but bring in the newer wordmarks, new number font and black replacing blue.

I was a fan of them for most of the years but then grew tired of them. The current gold would just be too much. Current gold as an outline or accent or striping, etc is, for lack of a better term, gold!
