HESITANT? This should be a no brainer-no way you ever give that guy a lengthy deal again. Kawaii is a great player-who plays both ends-when he plays. But mostly cuz of scary knees that could give in at any time,& partly cuz we know he will just take more games off for no good reason than anybody…giving Kawaii a longterm deal would be just as dumb as doing it with Kyrie or Harden-for very different reasons. Kawaii isnt 1 dimensional or bring the drama that those 2 do-but he might miss as many games.

Zion has only played 60 games in a season one out of four. That was an absolutely terrible example.
While on the floor with Steph, CP3 will sometimes run the Draymond role, sometimes run a role that creates scoring for Looney and Draymond(Steph becomes a shooter), and sometimes just fill the Poole and Steph role. Offensively it's not as big of an issue as defensively.

imagine if Kawhi actually signed with the lakers few years ago. the media would actually be all over him, probably worst than what AD got.
