Like David Duke but just not enough there imo. Undersized guards who can’t shoot got little value.

  2. Sucks to see. DDJ was a favorite of mine, but I’m sure there were reasons as to why it wasn’t possible.

Kinda sad. Feel like DDJ had some flashes of potential and dru smith had some fun moments in weird games

Good luck DD. If only he had a J and midrange. Liked his game

  5. POP_OFF_THEN

    DDJ is a doggggggg nooooooooooooooo

  6. DDJ seemed like a great locker room guy and was killing it in the G-League, but unfortunately he didn’t really show much in the opportunities he had for Brooklyn. Jalen Wilson might be the number 1 guy for Long Island now.

Noooo. Dru Smith looked great whenever he played!

Duke will eventually make an impact in the NBA. Just not enough opportunity for him here and his 3 ball never got going.

Dru was always kind of a weird signing.

  9. ughwhateverman

I think DDJ can be a rotation player of he ever finds his jumper

Big fan of DDJ, if he doesn’t end up back with us I wish him the best. Instant impact defender & hustle guy, just a bit undersized and lacking offensively. Really want him to figure it out and have a nice career.

DDJ needs to take lessons from Bruce brown.

Man I loved DDJ, wish we could have kept him. Sadly he didn’t really have much of a spot on the team but I hope he kills it somewhere else. Godspeed sir o7.

I’ve always liked him and wish him the best but honestly he wasn’t doing much for us and wasn’t getting playing time

  14. blackmetronome

Not a surprise. I don’t think they’re consistent enough to be NBA players

Wtf man, DDJ looked like he was ready to contribute this year. He always gave the most effort of anyone on the floor and he was usually pretty effective

He deserved a shot this season, very disappointed in the FO.

Wouldn’t even be shocked in the slightest if he went elsewhere and became a very solid role player like Bruce
