This makes the most sense on their abrupt change in position

Fuck there clippers and fuck Philly and FUCK JAMES HARDEN

I thought Brogdon was on his death bed?

IF Brogdon was fully healthy (which he’s not, I get it), call me a madman but I’d rather him for $20M than James Harden for $40M

This sucks but it’s good news for the Celtics because it reflects better on Malcolm’s current health status

It did seem weird that clippers are willing to pay PG and Kawhi, two of the most injured/load-managed players in the league, but not take brogdon.

But brogdon is still 6moty and he can play an integral role in this Celtic push for a championship.

Don’t be fooled by their non-Lakers-ness. It’s still fuck LA always and forever.

If the reports are to be believed the reason was ultimately because Porizingis didn’t want to push back the timeline to opt-in/out of his contract, and the Celtics were willing to move at his pace. Imo nothing the Clippers did was wrong.

Windy just saying shit again. After the Clippers deal fell through, he made it sound like Brogdon was gonna miss the entire upcoming season with his injury.

Still doesn’t make a ton of sense. A Clippers offer to Philly with Brogdon included is a lot more acceptable than Marcus Morris. They should have pulled the trigger regardless of whether they wanted to keep him or trade him – they were getting a steal. I don’t know any Celtics fans pining for a Brogdon-Morris swap.
