Brown is great defensively and is one of those shorter players who can guard people bigger than him. I believe we still have about 12-14 mil in cap space left, so hopefully we make another move.
I can get with it. We had to hit the salary floor no matter what or else we would be penalized. I love the fit next to Hali, he plays defense and plays winning basketball. As far as salary goes, we could afford to overpay because we aren’t paying anyone. The team option is a great tool if he underperforms too.
They just paid a Nuggets Backup over 22 Million a season when they would've been better off signing/stealing Dlow or Reeves from the Lakers or steal Actual Good Starters like Kuzma, Barnes or Christian Wood in free agency.
