The red and black look okay what usually makes a shoe imo is the alternate colors not the base ones.
As someone who balls in 2s I already see a glaring problem for me. The Achilles support is missing. The 2s have cusioned support on either side of the Achilles which at first glance looks like a poor design choice but they are the most comfortable basketball shoe I’ve ever put on. That added support stops the back of the shoe from scraping the exact same area and the shoe feels secure. I’ll have to try them on but currently might be a pass for me unless a color is put out that wows me. I still have a couple different 2s I need to get anyways

Easily the worst shoe yet. The 1s were fine but generic, the 2s looked bulky like they were designed for big dudes (obviously), and these look like the wish dot com version of Anta’s lol
Abjectly terrible but can’t say I’m surprised as Jordan has never made a good show for anybody who signed with them. Honestly tho they haven’t had many good shoes in general since the classics of the 90’s/early 2000’s

I don’t think they’re great looking but it’s tough to judge a basketball shoe on looks when they’re really about performance and functionality. Point being, there’s not one basketball shoe I would ever wear anywhere other than a basketball court. This is a premium Jordan model, so the assumption should be there’s a lot of new tech packed into them (apparently they’re bringing back the Kobe 8/9 modular insoles concept on these).
All time best performing basketball shoes will always be the Kobe 8 and the Adidas Crazy Explosive 2016 imo.

look like they’ll ruin your feet and/or ankles. not a sneaker guy though so i just go by what looks comfortable or will perform well. I honestly think shoes made for tennis make better basketball shoes then half of the bball ones i see. not like i care to or can afford to try them all, however

it’s alright. the sole design reminds me of shoes from brands like anta. it’s a solid looking shoe. kinda loses the old fashion/clunky style of the zion 2s. in my opinion the best looking shoes i’ve seen from zion aren’t even any of his signature shoes it was the [Jordan 34s](https://cdn.shortpixel.ai/spai/w_1785+q_lossy+ret_img+to_webp/https://www.nicekicks.com/files/2020/01/zion-williamson-air-jordan-34-pe-02-01.jpg) that jordan brand marketed through zion so much. he had saints and mardi gras coloreays that i thought were really cool
