I just don’t see how a deal gets done. Like don’t get me wrong Dame is incredible, but Utah giving up 2-4 picks + a few guys for a 6’0 guard who can’t defend that well while we need defense seems crazy.
I think if we’re going all out it’ll be for a high end guy like Luka next off-season, that’s bold and this could age poorly but it just seems like the direction Ainge would take

Unlike some other people I actually think he’d fit great. I just don’t see how a deal get done that isn’t a gross overpay. Portland seem to be expecting a Mitchell type package and I just don’t think you can justify that for a guy his age on that contract.

In fact most teams probably are interested whenever a superstar asks for a trade

I like Dame and if we could get him for a fair price I’d be hyped to have him, I think he would fit in great BUT I don’t think he would be worth everything we would have to give up in order to acquire him.

Pass. Dame hasn’t played a full season in years, that contract is killer, and you’ll have to grossly overpay to get him. The only superstars in the league I’d make a move for is Luka or Giannis

It’s possible they package KO with THT or maybe some picks. The Heat has been eyeing for KO since last year but Pat slept and snoozed his alarm clock forgot to make a trade in the deadline. The problem now they have JC and Herro but if they go for Herro they might resign and trade JC and that’s being said I don’t like this trade 🙂
