Yes, he can. But I don't think him being the best will give us the best chance. I think that would go to kd.
I think Book is more than capable of running point, but I do think he elevated his game after true point guards like Rubio and Chris Paul came to the team. I do think KD and Beal can be underrated passers, especially KD. So the offense should flow, and I’ll never have a problem with the ball being in Books hands
Beal and book and both dribble up the floor. It's not like kd cant either. That's the beauty of this team. It's also kinda being over blown imo. Like we really trying to say a guy in Beal who is 6'4-5 can't work over the summer to improve ball skills to play "pg"? Or booker who is 6'5+ can't either? But many teams have had guys who are 6'4-6+ play pg. And those teams didn't have two guys who are all star caliber guards…. Then add on top a top 20 all time player in kd…. So yes I think this is being way over blown. We have elite players on this team so bringing the ball up the floor will be the least of my worries. And many of the non suns fans who are haters will just feed off this and act like the suns don't have a true pg so we are screwed… And they all said we had no bench too..
Well I dunno how either of those talking points are looking now… Cuz we got good free agents
Full year of Point Book COULD lead to an MVP, thats how confident i am in this skill level
lets not forget this dude improves MASSIVELY on something every year
Point book and point Beal
They have several players that can get assist is all I’m saying
Let's compare to Boston…their big 3 for their career average half the assists as what our big 3 have averaged in their careers
