How much do they need to spend to hit the cap floor?

not giving out a bunch of money to mid players in a shitty FA class is good actually

Probably waiting to see if we can pick up a salary absorbed contract with use, like Tyler hero, or some draft picks.

Brian has pretty much done exactly what he said he was going to do after we won the draft lottery. Hung tight, not done anything rash, and ran it back with the young guys

I doubt they’re trying to do anything too big though if we did get Tyler hero for just a draft pick or two that would most certainly be a pretty big swing one way or another depending on how you view him

We have 15 players with guaranteed contracts and Stevens with unguaranteed until January at 1.9mm.

117.4 in salary without Stevens, 119.25 with. 136mm cap, 122.4 floor.

I say the Spurs should do a raffle to sign one fan to be a Spurs player. You get paid $5mm guaranteed. You get a real jersey, go to practice, have Pop scream at you until you cry, the whole nine yards.

Then they cut you because you are fucking trash at basketball.

Spurs hit the salary floor, a fan gets the story of a lifetime (and $5mm for their time and efforts), and Pop gets to scream at someone until they cry.

Everyone wins. Also, we get to make a mockery of the stupid salary floor rule.

Spurs still haven’t signed Barlow or Cissoko as of yet. I think with those two contracts alone, they should be able to reach the cap floor and wrap up this summer.

Also, I believe they are at the roster limit as it currently stands. Minus Barlow and Cissoko, they have 16 players currently signed to the roster.
