The Vooch trade was bad when it happened, and it has only proved to be worse as time goes on.
That trade proves that AK is not that good.
Assessing value, and negotiating are the two most important abilities of a GM.
AK failed at both in that trade.

Letting Vooch walk while the team is operating over the cap would be a disaster. He's still a good player 18ppg 11rpg in all 82 games. They can also trade him easily especially in the final year.
