Let’s look back at the season. Today is July 3.
11/3 Denver won in OKC 122-110 to got 5-3 on the season. They moved up from 8th to 5th place, and it was a feel good victory to replace the awful feeling of losing at the winless Lakers three days earlier. Denver had a 19 point lead in the second quarter and once led 13-0, but the Thunder briefly took the lead late in the third.
Jokic had this third tiple double of the season with a 15/13/14 statline. AG led Denver in scoring with 27 points on 10-13 FGS. Denver shot 58.1% from 3.
SGA had a gaudy 37 points, and Dort surprisingly pitched in 19. OKC couldn’t hit a three, with a 6-29 effort. They kept in the game thanks to a 2-1 turnover margin.
