  1. Can't hand out a max contract to a player with a 1:1 assist to turnover ratio. Hire Melissa McCarthy to coach him up. "Settle down. Settle down."

  2. If Celtics trade dame for JB their championship window shrinks a lot and they’ll have dame making 60 mil at 35 36 at least with a JB extension you can trade him as he’s value will remain high

  3. Im not giving him full max. Ive give him more then other team can offer him as FA but less then super max

  4. The fact that Van Gundy, Kellerman, Keyshawn Johnson, and Jalen Rose got fired and Perkins is still here is wild. ESPN is prioritizing for simple-minded controversial personalities over the smart guys.

  5. Dude on first take Windhorst literally proved you wrong about Jaylen Brown for Dame Lillard

  6. Definitely Need lessons on how to articulate for tv, I think he is horrible and surprised that they kept him.

  7. Sport athletes sure getting paid more than the common working class for NOT showing up to WORK every league should have came up with CBA rules that every players must play for his salary. No Day off! No sits out! No fake injury! No load management! Must attend team activities, must get their body into shape, do charity works! Stay out of trouble!

  8. people saying vanfleet wasn't worth the money . compare his regular season with Jaylen brown . if brown is worth this money vanfleet is definitely worth . unless performance doesn't matter and names and 2k do

  9. There’s gotta be a dribbling clause in his contract lol.. I’m tired of him getting raked or bouncing the ball off his foot! Tatum is almost as bad as him too

  10. Im glad to know I’m not the only one who hates seeing Perkins on ESPN 😂🥲

  11. I been telling everyone, the only team that has a package & draft picks are the Celtics, but the question is does the Celtic want Dame. Celtics has all the pieces other teams envy.

  12. Speaking plainly I think it's a shitty rule that you can have two guys you drafted and developed who make a great amount of money which they deserve to ask for and to be penalized for paying them that amount via luxury tax and incentivizing the Celtics to low ball him or seek a trade for him. The looming idea of both of them being good 25 and 5 guys has created the noticeable friction on and off the court for two guys that grew up on this team together. Not even a Celtics fan and I see that as kinda bogus for them to deal with because they may be best friends but both are compared and questions of who's more valuable or more responsible for their losses when in reality they are both two all NBA wings who not only ball but have done it consistently alongside another equally adept teammate for five plus years. It's unfortunate to see the inevitable split of these two that will create the next nba rivalry all for ratings. I get it no team should be stacked with Uber talent but I think there should be a way to pay the guy you drafted what he's worth AND not be penalized by the league for doing so

  13. Everyone keeps saying JB not worth that money but the way contracts are getting handed out around the league, it’s not that outrageous to me. Especially when other than Jamal Murray and Lebron/Ad(whichever you think is the 2nd option), there’s no other 2nd option in the nba better than Jaylen Brown. Not Harden, Middleton, PG, JJJ/Bane, Sabonis, Klay/Dray and this may sound blasphemous but maybe not even KD. Since KD was in the finals 2019, he ain been passed the 2nd round. Brown went to 3 ECFs and 1 finals from the last time KD was in the finals. So I mean, it’s not that crazy to me. JB 5 years 295 not bad when Ant, Tyrese and Lamelo all signed for 5 years 260 and have accomplished nothing. I don’t see what the big fuss is.

  14. Dame doesn’t want to go to Boston, what’s so hard to understand 🤷‍♂️

  15. Brad Stevens is too intelligent to make a hasty move like trading JB for Lillard. Of he didnt sell for KD, hes not selling for Lillard. JB is younger, bigger, and more defensive. Even if hes not as explosive offensively hes still a 27ppg scorer on good efficiency. Their championship window could be for 6+ years with JB versus the 3 + with Lillard
