Chase’s take: Tobias Harris is a good basketball player. He’s simply overpaid for the production that he’s given you. If the 76ers do make a James Harden trade, can Tobias Harris be more comfortable and have a larger role? Last time he was the focal point of an offense: Los Angeles clippers prior to the trade: 55 games, nearly 21 points per game, 50 percent from the floor, 43 percent from 3-point range. My concern: He’s always put up good numbers on bad teams, BUT those numbers game in a contract year. Tobias Harris entering 2023-24: Entering a contract year.

If Harden stays it will be a circus, and it will show, yet again, the GM is not good at all. The sign of a good GM is one that can build a team from the ground up and then add free agents. A GM that just star hunts is lazy. Glenn Rivers is lazy because he always had vets playing for him, that's why no young players got the chance to develop for the sixers. Joel is too nice, Joel will say nothing, he said nothing about Ben Simmons for not shooting the jump shot for years. Kobe, Lebron, Jordan, Shaq, would have said something after the first year.
