I’d definitely slot in the Pacers as a winner too (and after reading the comments I see quite a few sharing that sentiment). The Bruce Brown deal is perfection as far as both roster fit and contract structure (1 year + 2nd year team option). Taking a flyer on Obi Toppin for just two seconds and was also a great move. Even w/ Haliburton’s max set to kick in next year, the team still has great cap flexibility.

The thing that makes the Dilon Brooks contract even worse – who were the Rockets bidding against? What team was itching to pay Dilon Brooks 20mil a year? The Grizzlies basically announced to the world that they're letting him go. You want to bring him in? Fine, whatever, but you could've done it for way, way less.
Unbelievable that the Wizards were mentioned as a "winner" of free agency while the Suns weren't. The Suns had a top-heavy roster with no depth and with nothing but veteran minimum contracts to offer and somehow brought in a bunch of players with value well beyond the veteran's minimum. Not only that, some of the players they brought in are 3-pt sharpshooters who will make opposing defenses pay if they are left open, unlike the players that the Suns had in last year's playoffs. And don't forget that we are talking about the only team that took Denver out to six games. And they did that with only KD and Booker, who had barely played together. Imagine what a roster of KD, Booker, Beal, an engaged (hopefully) Ayton, and roster filled with quality role players will do.

Bro you can’t call Houston losers. VanVleet gonna be a mentor, Dillon is a good defender and won’t be a protagonist for sure, (Udoka won’t let that happen). Then, to explain all the money we spent, there is now a minimum salary you have to pay for and we had to hai those 70M cap space. Lastly, both Dillon and fvv contracts end when JG4, sengun and JSJr contracts will expire.
