this is the wrong topic to have different views on, especially with a heat homer in Joy who truly knows the team. Her stance is rock solid because of how well dame fits as an offensive cog that allows jimmy and bam to be more defensive leaning. as well as how the loss of strus, vincent, (maybe kyle and/or caleb) would be easy playoff rotational pieces to be replaced by dame and other signings. The sixers losing harden and maxey at the least with a new coach in place is a bigger unknown. the bucks losing middleton and other pieces with a new unproven coach is a bigger unknown. Dame isnt stupid, he chose to move on from his loyalty stance to go to a team he knows is a surefire fit and highest chance to win.

I think Joy is the most logical analyst on this show and the men are too emotional, simply Heat haters. The Heat did not try to resign Max Strus. That is not a failure. He will become Duncan Robinson 2.0 with the Cavs. He misses a lot of shots and that is ok at minimum but, at $64M, he will be judged harshly. Gabe Vincent is now a $33M backup in LA and he was the primary size weakness defensively in the playoffs. Who ever had Gabe one on one was going to the basket. Denver brutalized Gabe. Period.
