I think we should trade for Towns
theres too many guys on the team that deserves minutes. I don't think they will acquire a big name player this season but next season especially free agency with guys like tobais or og being free agents it wouldnt make too much sense to trade for them unless we are giving up just the right amount as they are expiring contracts which makes it risky.

SG – Mathurin
SF – Brown
PF – Toppin

That would be my starting lineup if the season started today. I know if we end up keeping Buddy, he definitely should be coming off the bench instead of Mathurin. Mathurin should be a starter no question about it. And Nembhard should be the backup PG over TJ. But this is just all my opinion. It is also to early to know what the final roster is going to be.

I agree Nembhard shouldn’t start but I wouldn’t mind if he closed with the Tyrese, Mathurin, Brown and Turner. Being able to have that spacing and switchability to close games would be great

Of course this is just speculation. I think they keep Buddy and he starts at 2 still. Mathurin off the bench. They have the shooters with Buddy, Tyrese, and Turner. The missing part of having those shooters last season was having a guy like draymond that is a utility knife that affects the game In many ways. A true defender! Bruce Brown with with those 3 shooters makes sense then if Obi can be super athletic and board we should have a solid team with a really solid bench. Mathurin , nembhard and Walker plus Jalen. Jackson. But I see these moves as yes they become starters on the pacers and that is a part in why they came so yes Obi and Bruce start on July 4 when we have no clue what the roster will be. 😂 Buddy is such a good pro and plays every night. Has a great 3 ball. I just see him staying. Sure if some team gets desperate to win now then trade
