In this special edition of the DnA Sports Recap, the guys discuss the rumors that the Utah Jazz are interested in trading for Damian Lillard. Are the rumors true? What would it take for the Jazz to land Dame? If they could swing the trade, should they?

  1. I'm going to throw up if the Jazz trade for Damien Lillard. Taylor Hendricks is off limits. I don't care if we have Collins. He's a trade asset after we build up his value. Hendricks is the future. Do people not realize what a unicorn Taylor Hendricks is? If he develops an iso game it's over. Homeboy will be elite

Also let the spurs get Damien Lillard. There future will be ruined. They can deplete their roster when Victor isn't ready to compete yet

  2. why would you trade for a guy that doesn't want to play for your team besides the heat

  3. As good as Dame is he's headed to he's older years and into a decline. I think we should skip Dame as much as I'd want him on the Jazz, I just don't see us winning a championship with Dame. Jazz have been cursed at the PG position ever since Stockton and Deron's career's ended. Conley did show up for a time, but something about that spot doesn't work for the Jazz, and I don't think the #1 on the team should be a PG, but that's just me. Keep up the content guys I like it!

  4. There is no way the Jazz is going to sacrifice their depth and assets to get Dame. No way!

  5. The new CBA is only going to force teams to tighten their belts and Utah will continue to pick off great value over the next 2 years. They do not need to buy high on anyone.

  6. COULD THEY? Yeah they could (and they could probably provide the best package for the Blazers too). But WHY TF ever would they? Dame doesn’t make the Jazz a title contender, his contract is insane, and you’d have like 2.5 years of him at “his best”. Horrible idea.

  7. Now is not the time for this move. There will be a new star available in an off-season or two when we’re closer to contending. Save our draft pick ammo for then
