Obi Toppin has always been seen as a player that had the potential to be a real scorer in the NBA. However, landing on the Knicks, they were never able to properly utilize him because of the presence of Julius Randle. Now, being traded to the Pacers, Obi has the chance to showcase his highlight reel dunks to a different audience, in a larger role. Is he going to be able to reach the lofty expectations that were set out for him, or will he continue performing as simply a decent scoring role player?

As a Pacers fan he is definitely the perfect fit for how we play
Hope Obi becomes an all star!!!
Love that you put the years for the filmroll, but I didn't notice it the first time cause of its location and the coloring.
The Pacers played as the 5th highest fastest rate I just see him catching lobs from Haliburton
As a Knicks fan, I'll really miss Obi. After Thibs and Obi got into a really heated argument I knew Obi was bound to get traded. His falling out with Thibs only sped up that process, hence why the trade package to acquire Obi was so low. Of course, the Knicks organization said this and I quote. "Were just stocking up on draft capital." Only two second round picks for a man of Obi's talent is insulting. He might actually be the most athletic player in the NBA. 7' 2" wingspan and he has crazy jumping ability. Having a hobbled Randle starting over Obi in the playoffs was the final nail in the coffin for Obi and his patience with the Knicks completely ran out. I'll be rooting for Obi next season and wishing him luck to be successful with the Pacers!
As a diehard Knicks fan I hate to see obi go but he definitely deserves an opportunity. He's earned it
I wanted him on the Wizards. Now they signed Kuzma to raise his value and trade him I think.
You know who’s #3 in transition efficiency? Bruce Brown!
As a Pacers fan, the young team already had me hyped. After the draft, free agency, & the Haliburton extension, I'm now super hyped for the upcoming years. So much so, I'm actually going to watch the Summer League for the first time ever.
Gonna miss this guy, Indiana is now on my NBA watch list!
Haliburton will create good shoot for Obi
