All these trades suck for Portland. Portland wants expiring deals, young wings/bigs and picks. They can’t have the value of their compensation come in the form of guards.
Utah or Sam Antonio will get involved as third team to make it work. One of them has to think Herro is worth at least 1 first and less salary in an expiring wing like McDermott.
