  1. He better be a 38% shooter with that kind of money

  2. BigGuyNorthSide

That’s more 3s than he’s made in the playoffs

  3. nutsygenius

No reason for Portland to match this no?

  4. lancelotofthelake

I for one, hope this doesn’t get matched.

Holy crap boys! As a fan watching last year’s off season depressed… we are rolling!

Luka – Kyrie – Thybulle – Williams – Holmes with Curry – Hardy – Green – Kleber – Powell off the bench. Lively & O’Max as rookes. 6 guys 24 years old or younger. We still are kinda lacking at center, but much better team than last year.

  6. JBeanDelphiki

Thybulle and Williams would be huge for us.

  7. hooka_donchick

If we move Holmes we can slot him in the TPE right ? and maybe Drummond + seth for the MLE

  8. desirox

We’ll see what happens with this, since we got Williams I won’t be devastated if Portland matches

  9. ginger_snap214

    🙏🙏🙏 that portland doesn’t match

  10. jfrodriguez1983

So they most likely are waiting til tomorrow cause they are working on another trade. I think Bobby Marks said they have around $9 million of the MLE which would fall just short to offer 3 years $33 million.

  11. rdallas77

This being 3 years, Dame gone and stupid jerami grant deal.. not sure they match

  12. Fivefootdirk

Terms being leaked early makes me think they prefer to negotiate at sign and trade but not sure for what. No other reason to give Portland MORE time to think this over imo

  13. htking2019

Portland fans seem to think they’ll match this. More power to em. I think this is a bit of an overpay. I’m just not sure who else is left.

  14. KakashiDarui

Let’s hope Portland doesn’t match the offer

I’m a huge fan of this. Thybulle doesn’t need to do a whole lot on offense to become an incredible useful role player. And to me there are signs that he can develop at least a passable shot and maybe a little cutting and finishing. He doesn’t need much because he is that good defensively. Some of his +/- last year with Philly was crazy in a good way.

  16. ipawnn00bz

Don’t see why Portland wouldn’t match?

  17. Yall better give this dude your support if you manage to get him. Dude could become a top 3&D player in the right circumstances. He’s a confidence-based shooter that’s super athletic and can make cuts and feast off Luka feeds. He completely destroys passing lanes when he’s lurking in the wing. Super fun to watch.

Sixers fucked up with this guy by not giving him any consistent minutes or fan support.

I can’t even lie y’all are having an amazing offseason

  19. Seeker1115

Make that third year a player option and give him a trade kicker. Give Portland every reason not to match.

  20. Putrid_Ad_2256

I just hope that with all these new players that our team has time to gel and grow together.

  21. Difficult_Dog_2704

Was hoping for something like 3/28, but im fine with 3/33 too, all we need to do now is to turn Holmes and THJ into a center!! Lego Mavs

  22. Drizzt3919

That’s amazing! Let’s hope that’s a bit too rich for the blazers to match.

  23. mechanismo2099

If this happens it makes that terrible Kyrie trade a worthwhile gamble. May have set the team back one year by losing DFS and dinwiddie but they improved dramatically with williams and thybulle

  24. mmmmmsandwiches

I like thybulle but that’s a huge overpay

  25. killbill469

Idk how I feel about using the entire MLE on a guy who might not even be able to play 10 mpg in a playoff series.

  26. trafleslive

Doncic cannot ask for a better team than this. This is legit championship contender!

  27. CorruptedLoli

Only problem with Thybulle is he has no offense. Its like the opposite to Wood. If we could somehow fuse Thybulle with Wood, we’d have Antetokounmpo.

  28. Dump-Daddy

I like our other moves a lot! But am I the only one who thinks Thybulle is not that good (for an NBA player obviously)? He might have had a good run on the tanking Blazers but couldn’t get minutes on a good team. And for a person labeled as a good defender he certainly gambles a lot on defense. He had a short good shooting stint, but I really think people won’t like him once he’s on the team. This is a bad contract for a player with his skill set.

  29. Initial_Alive

So until when does Portland have to match??

  30. Infiniteremix

I’m a fan — think he would be a great addition to this team, and certainly help improve Dallas’ perimeter D. The offer is probably a little high, but if he can manage to knock down 3s at a respectable rate, it’ll be money well spent.

  31. imArsenals

Maybe a stupid question but can someone please explain what happens if Portland matches? Does that mean we can’t get him at all or? Not familiar with how this situation works specifically
