I will, I like Bullock, but I’m excited about the trade, seems like a good move.

  2. Crown_of_Negativity

For sure. Doe literally was the tank/rebuild. It was crushing to trade him last year, although certainly understandable.

Kleber and Powell are the last vestiges of the pre-Luka era.

  3. chasinglightph

They brought us to the WCF so yes. But I don’t regret the moves that Nico has made one bit. He’s really setting us up for real contention.

You mean the Brick bros? Reggie was awful last season and Id rather no keep around an aging declining player. They got a young talent that is big and can play D AND shoot.

Reggie is just a shooter and when he’s ice cold shooting 28% and having multiple 0 point games he’s costing them games.

In honestly surprised he didn’t get benched last season early on, I guess when you have no one else on bench you just let him play through it going 0-5 from 3 and playing no D

Gonna miss them a lot, but im honestly very excited to watch our players play for other teams (just gives me more games to watch 😎)

  6. RyceMenace

These 2 deserve more credit than Kidd for our WCF run. IM GOING TO MISS THEM FOR SURE

  7. favioswish

Yeah I’ll miss them. We got them at their prime for that WCF run and after that they both regressed hard. It’s a shame

  8. They’re awesome during the conference finals run but fell off last season. I will miss them but thankful that they helped us in the past and got us some good players in return.

I’m glad the team is getting some new faces but DFS and Bullock will be missed; that 2022 run was special and Luka and JB deserve their flowers but these 2 were the unsung heroes playing 40+ minutes a night and taking the toughest defensive assignments.

Also they were just straight up good dudes; Doe was the heart and soul of the team and I know Reggie won the NBA social justice award for the work he did for the LGBTQ+ community to honor his sister.

Always, their spirit lives on in Josh though. Him, OMax, and Lively will reforge what has been broken

  11. desirox

Yeah that was a great run but I’m happy with the moves made

This is life as a Mavs fan. It’s been like this since the 90s. We’re kind of a weird team. Our roster is always a revolving door. There were only 2 players from our 2006 finals run that were there to win a championship in 2011.

And we were still the second winningest team in the Association during the first two decades of this century. Already Luka, Josh, Maxi and Powell are the only guys left from our WCF run, and that was just 2 years ago.

  13. tamc_lions

Eesh that pic makes me nervous… 😆

This does sting a little bit I still have faith DFS will wear a Mavs jersey again someday.

it’s okay because we now (maybe) have Bang Bros 2 in Grant and Thybulle.

  16. Dfrmdabeach7

They were crucial to our success in the playoffs in 22 and Doe especially progressed busted his ass and was the heart and soul for our team up until this past season. I will miss them but they’re cooked especially Reggie who doesn’t pick up a ball until opening night, while Doe benefited greatly from playing with Luka as evident from his season after we traded him. It was time to move on,it was necessary to get Luka a Robin and a superstar in Kyrie, and Grant Williams is very much needed and an instant upgrade over Reggie being that Grant is a dog who can decently do it all while being alot younger. I love what we got in the bang bros place, thanks and good luck to those guys.

  17. LeGoat333

That was such a fun run. Bang bros and JB I’ll keep fond memories of.

  18. MajesticPossibility8

Pain they did there service but it part of the process. Bang bros thank you

  19. thefoolonahill

RIP Bang Bros, thanks for the 35+ minutes per game in that run to the WCF. Will miss both these guys!

  20. cityofD

nothing has been the same since the retirement of gianna michaels

  21. pancakesontheweekend

I’ll never forget them playing 40+ mins a night with lockdown defense and good 3-point shooting back in the 2022 playoffs.

    Legends.

  22. dogfood_connoisseur

For sure but it was time for a new era. We needed to get younger across the board.

  23. jay105000

Huge regression in the 2022 season from WCF champions in the previous season to don’t even make the play offs in this one, a change was needed and welcome.

  24. Tranquilllama

I think we got the absolute best out of both of them and offloaded them at the perfect time.

    RIP Bang Bros

  25. themegadejuan

Il miss Finley for sure but Reggie pissed me off sometimes.

  26. iDecide7

Dorian yes, but I will always remember Reggie as a brick master.

  27. d36williams

I would love for Dallas to get DFS back.

  28. Tazmo99

Doe and Reg did some SERIOUS work in that 2022 playoff run. Wishing only the best for both.

  29. Hurtelknut

I will forever miss Doe. I’ll think fondly of Bullock, but his departure doesn’t cut nearly as deep. He looked sluggish last season, and his seesaw-shooting was getting really old.
