That’s a solid signing for a 3rd string guard. I like it. He defends well, takes care of the ball, can set up an offense, hits open shots. Just a solid serviceable bench depth guard that you don’t mind giving bench minutes to when you need to.

Hawks fan here, he was actually really good for us last year as a 10th man. Played solid D and was able to shoot at an ok level. Not a great self creator but he did his job and more than earned the league minimum.
Good guard insurance
Jackson Gatlin totally comes off as Rafael Stone’s waterboy. He throws players under the bus for Stone in exchange for access. When this team sucks again this year and Stone is finally fired, we will hopefully get a new locked on rockets host. A divided house can’t stand and there is no rockets media more centered around throwing shade than locked on rockets.

Great shooter but only 6′ tall.
Seems like a prototypical 3 and D guy. Low ceiling high floor. Won’t take away touches on offense but has athleticism to fight over screens and is a high 30% 3pt shooter. All the Holiday brothers are welcome on my team.
