It’s pretty obvious the deal is done and Portland is just making it seem like they’re still looking for a better deal so they can say “well, we tried to get a better offer but Dame was so toxic that we just couldn’t” so the GM can justify why he had to “settle” for this Heat offer everyone is saying sucks
