nah It’s not Miller i expect him to play better with LaMelo. That’s why i’m looking at individuals. the players don’t play like a team they play hero ball or try to. rather than pass the damn ball to they guy who’s open 🤦🏻♂️. Amari Bailey and Nick Smith Jr. can be the Potential 2 after Scary Terry. Miller Will be fine with LaMelo. he just needs to cancel the noise.
A lot of that is on coaching, and no PG to run the offense. They should just run Miller at the point, he seems like he's trying to play within the flow. But the team is not.

Not like he's 6'4 playing the 4 and it's not like they had him playing in the post or having to gaurd in the post he got cooked by the perimeter players but you want to cry about playing out of position the boy 6'10 damn near! Smdh when his teammates see he not shooting, only 2 fg attempts by the 4th qtr his teammates not wanting to give the ball now it's to late for you to jacc up shots now Hornets lost
Agree with summer league team breakdown but to say the hornets don't develop young players isn't really accurate. Mark Williams improved a lot last year, Melo, Bridges, PJ all look pretty good on the court. Hornets also developed the Martin twins and Devonte Graham.
Bouknit and Kia been trash like i said 3 years ago hard to develop garbage especially when hornets not good at developing period but not they fault Jordan and Mitch keep Drafting these bums and B.Miller just another one

Exactly. Everybody who watched the game came away scratching their heads. The only good thing I saw Charlotte coaching staff do was put James Nnaji in the game and take Kai Jones out.
Bro i dont understand why they have him playing the PF position and if you notice the Hornets not running plays like the Warriors or Spurs look how the Kings set up Keegan Murray with plays thats what the Hornets suppose to be doing with Miller i just dont get it but then again Keegan has guards thats feeding him Hornets guards barely assisting… i bet the Blazers wont have Scoot playing SG or SF he gonna play his position
Seeing Brandon Miller, Mark Williams, Bouknight, Kai etc. struggle let's you know how special Melo is that he could thrive in Charlotte.
Don't know why peeps are looking at this as some "the sky is falling" moment.
For me, Miller has continued to show multiple facets of his game that people that play his position don't even typically have. Game 1, we saw his long range stroke and ability to rebound. Game 2, we saw his court vision, passing, PG potential and ability to defend and hustle.
I mean, Chet Holmgren, the previous years #2 scored 10 points and the news cycle acted like he was MVP. Sheesh.
