Lol every year this franchise is trying to avoid some tax instead of just focusing on how to build a roster to win a championship. If ownership is that cheap then they just need to sell the team to someone who isn’t afraid to spend money to make money.

The Jordan Walsh contract signals that the Cs believe that he IS their Grant Williams replacement. Cs might just even prioritize his development in bulking up and his three point shot. Wouldn't be surprised is his playing time increases during the course of the season.

Thats 163M allocated to 10 players. We just need a minimum of 14 players. We are 19M from the 2nd apron. Assuming we salary dump brogdon for picks or lower contracts (13M or less), we can afford 3 vet min players at 2M each (6M) and 1 guy at a mid-level type of contract at 13M. This gets us to fill out the roster with 3 star players with JB at the supermax.
Well, given that they let Grant go already, less than Supermax would've just been for flexibility. Think that's MAYBE something you can sell for something specific, but not "so we can spend less."
