3 yr/ $33 million is a decent price for a solid 3 and D wing just entering his prime in Matisse Thybulle. When you offer on an RFA, it needs to be an overpay, for any chance to pry the player away from his original team.
This Dallas offer was weak, and likely what Portland was hoping to pay Thybulle in the first place. 🤷🏻♂️
