  1. Stand by the devin booker take it’ll make you seem like a genius in like 3 years

  2. imagine acting like having jordan clarkson, even tho he's gunna be a FA, is some kind of long term impediment. Clarkson is 30 already and they're re-building.

  3. Devin booker wasn’t the “scorer” at kentucky either. George definitely has a high ceiling though.

  4. The Jordan Clarkson reason for passing on George is a bad take. Clarkson is a vet, a FA, costs a lot more. Why wouldn't the Jazz want a second flamethrower type scorer on their team? The JC roll is really important and there's room for more than 1 on the Jazz.

  5. I just can't see a crazy high upside in Keyonte George. I mean I see what people see in him. The smooth transition from dribble to pull up. The stepback threes. The deep threes. He just looks to the eye like a potential star. I was high on him initially for that reason too. But the more games I watched the lower and lower he fell down my board. For all the dribble moves he couldn't separate from a college defender at all. EVERY shot was hard. EVERY shot. He just wasn't capable of making any of it easy. He's a one speed athlete. No burst, no wiggle. Exclusive two foot leaper. I disliked how every passing read with him was predetermined. Didn't seem like he was able to read and process the defense at all. Low feel. I do like the jumpshot whether it's pull up, catch and shoot or even off movement. He can shoot. I feel like the absolute high end outcome with him is something in the neighborhood of DAngelo Russell. But I also got major Jerome Robinson (Boston College) vibes watching him. Robinson was another dude that was limited athletically and couldn't separate from defenders but made tough shots and everyone fell in love with him.
